Informacje o LeanKanban University
Lean Kanban, Inc. is an organization created to grow an active Kanban market worldwide while protecting the interests of managers who seek to apply Kanban to their knowledge work or service work. Lean Kanban training, materials and events are all based on the Kanban Method – the management method proven through successful Kanban implementations to improve service delivery, collaboration, quality, and worker satisfaction. The Kanban Method is a set of principles and practices that are applied to an existing process. The curriculum of every LeanKanban University Certified Kanban Training class is based on the Kanban Method and it is followed by all LKU Kanban Coaching Professionals.
David J Anderson first developed the Kanban Method for knowledge work and service work in 2005. He combined elements of the work of W Edwards Deming, Eli Goldratt, Peter Drucker, and Taiichi Ohno. Kanban incorporates concepts such as pull systems, queuing theory, and flow. Over several years, Anderson distilled the method into a set of principles and practices. These were evolved in collaboration with the wider Kanban community to create the Kanban Method as we know it today.
David J. Anderson is CEO of Lean Kanban, Inc., a management consulting, training and publishing business that operates Lean Kanban University, Lean Kanban Conferences, and Lean Kanban Services.
