Compendium becomes Fortinet Authorized Training Center

Compendium - Education Center, specializing in trainings within the range of network security, today announced it has signed a partnership agreement with Fortinet and will be the first company in Poland achieve the status of Authorized Fortinet Training Center.

As an Authorized Fortinet Training Center partner, Compendium will conduct certified courses on Fortinet's industry-leading network security platforms to network administrators and integrators across Poland. The authorized training courses will focus on Fortinet's flagship FortiGate Series of integrated multi-threat network security products. With models to meet the needs of small to large-sized enterprises, FortiGate systems detect and eliminate the most damaging, content-based threats from email and Web traffic such as viruses, worms, intrusions, inappropriate Web content and more - in real time. The first training - Principles of network security implementation based on FortiGate solutions allows participants to obtain the basic practical skills necessary for individual configuration of various FortiGate models and prepares for exam to obtain the status of Fortinet Certified Network and Security Associate.

The following training - Implementation of network security and content control based on FortiGate solutions gives the participants the advanced knowledge and practical skills required to implement the security services in various topologies and network sizes. The training prepares the participants for exam to obtain the status of Fortinet Certified Network and Security Professional.
