Exclusive Networks

Training is organized by Exclusive Networks Deutschland GmbH located in Berlin, Rahel-Hirsch-Straße 10 / 3. Stock, 10557, entered into the commercial register by the District Court of Berlin Charlottenburg under No. HRB 210494 B and Compendium - Centrum Edukacyjne Sp. z o.o. located in Kraków, ul. Tatarska 5, entered into the commercial register by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście, Economic Register Division VI under No. KRS 0000039600.

Exclusive Networks Deutschland GmbH (Exclusive Networks DACH) and Compendium Centrum Edukacyjne Spółka z o.o. (Compendium CE) organizes training in the scope and on dates described in detail in the training offer available on the website www.training.exclusive-networks.de and www.compendium.pl or provided directly to the Client by a representative of the Sales Department Training is conducted in-person or via distance learning.

For on-site training, Exclusive Networks DACH/Compendium CE provides:

• training rooms with appropriate equipment at their respective training center locations
• individual computer station for each participant
• access to remote training environment
• coffee breaks and lunch every day of the training
• training materials in the form specified by the training producer
• certificates confirming participation in the training in the form specified by the training vendor

At the request of the Ordering Party, on-site training may also be carried out at any location indicated by the Ordering Party and accepted by Exclusive Networks DACH/Compendium CE.

Distance learning training (online) , Exclusive Networks DACH/Compendium CE provides:

• access to remote training environment
• training materials in the form specified by the training producer
• certificates confirming participation in the training in the form specified by the training producer

In the case of training carried out in the distance learning formula, the Ordering Party is obliged to guarantee the proper implementation of the training:

• computer with Internet access with a minimum bandwidth of 10Mb/s.
• audio device - headphones/speakers and microphone.
• any web browser installed - e.g. Google Chrome

Withdrawal from participation in the training should be reported to Compendium Centrum Edukacyjne Sp. z o. o. by e-mail or by phone.

The Ordering Party is entitled to a full refund of the advance payment made in the event of withdrawal from participation in the training within 7 working days before the start date of the training, counting from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract in writing by Compendium Centrum Edukacyjne Sp. z o.o.

In the event that Compendium Centrum Edukacyjne Sp. z o.o. receives a declaration of withdrawal from the training within a period shorter than 7 working days from the date of commencement of the training, but no later than 3 working days before the date of commencement of the training, the Ordering Party is entitled to a refund of the advance payment reduced by the actual costs incurred by Compendium Centrum Edukacyjne Sp. z o.o. in connection with the organisation of the training.

The provisions indicated in paragraphs 2 and 3 do not apply to situations where the participant or a person indicated by the Ordering Party received training materials or licenses before the Ordering Party resigned from the training. In such case, Compendium Centrum Edukacyjne Sp. z o.o. retains the right to full remuneration for the ordered training from the moment of transfer of these training materials/licenses to the registered training participant or a person indicated by the Ordering Party.

In the event that the Ordering Party withdraws from the training later than 3 working days before the training start date or does not participate in the training, Compendium Centrum Edukacyjne Sp. z o. o. retains the right to full remuneration - the price for the training.

In the event of cancellation of the training by Exclusive Networks Deutschland GmbH or Compendium Centrum Edukacyjne Sp. z o.o., at the option of the Ordering Party, Exclusive Networks Deutschland GmbH or Compendium Centrum Edukacyjne Sp. z o.o. will refund the paid amount in full or conduct the training on another date agreed by the parties.

Exclusive Networks Deutschland GmbH and Compendium Centrum Edukacyjne Sp. z o. o. reserves the right to change prices and training program, and will inform the Ordering Party at least 3 days before the training date. In such a case, the Ordering Party may withdraw from the training, obtaining a refund of the advance payment without the obligation to cover the training costs. The Applicant has the right to change the persons delegated to the training until it begins.

Prices:

Prices for training courses, depending on the form of implementation and the vendor, include: training conducted by a qualified Trainer, training costs, a set of training materials, a certificate, the cost of meals (coffee breaks, lunch) and the possible cost of an examination voucher (only in cases listed in the training cards on the website www.compendium.pl). They do not include accommodation costs.

Prices for training are given in EUR or USD or PLN (Polish zloty). 

All listed training prices are net of tax. The final invoice amount will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) or equivalent local taxes at the applicable statutory rate in accordance with relevant local tax legislation. Where legally permissible, VAT-exempt services will be invoiced without tax.

Payment:

The Ordering Party (an individual or other entities) who has submitted an application or concluded an agreement with Exclusive Networks Deutschland GmbH or Compendium Centrum Edukacyjne Sp. z o.o. for the implementation of the selected training is obliged to pay an advance payment for the training in the amount of 100% of the training price + applicable VAT tax within 7 working days prior to the start date of the training, unless another form, type, payment deadline was originally agreed with the Sales Department of Exclusive Networks Deutschland GmbH or Compendium Centrum Edukacyjne Sp. z o.o.

Failure to pay the advance payment within the required time limit constitutes an alleged resignation from the training and entitles Exclusive Networks Deutschland GmbH or Compendium Centrum Edukacyjne Sp. z o. o. to delete the application and not provide services to the Ordering Party.

In the case of training in the Distance Learning version, the training materials will be sent after the 100% advance payment for the training has been made in Exclusive Networks Deutschland GmbH or Compendium Centrum Edukacyjne Sp. z o. o.. No later than 10 working days before the first day of training. The 100% advance payment is non-refundable in the event of withdrawal or failure to participate in the training by the Ordering Party. In such a case, the Ordering Party has the right to book another Distance Learning date for the given training within the paid advance payment.

We offer attractive discounts for groups and regular partners. The discounts granted are not cumulative and cannot be combined with other promotions. The discount cannot be converted into cash. In the case of internal training for companies, individual arrangements will apply. In the case of training dedicated to companies, individual arrangements will apply.

The data will be processed for the purpose of sending commercial and marketing information and sending the newsletter based on the expressed consent.

Data may be shared:

• employees and associates of Exclusive Networks Deutschland GmbH and Compendium – Centrum Edukacyjne Spółka z o. o. who must have access to personal data in order to fulfill your order or service
• training producers, to the extent necessary to provide the participant with authorized training materials and/or the laboratory environment provided for in the training agenda
• entities processing data on behalf of Exclusive Networks Deutschland GmbH and Compendium – Centrum Edukacyjne Spółka z o. o., e.g. post office, courier, professional carrier,
• authorized state authorities, including supervisory authorities, within the scope of their powers

The data will be stored for the period of order fulfillment and after-sales services, and if this period cannot be determined – until you express your objection.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete or limit processing of your personal data.

You have the right to object to further processing and, in the case of consent to data processing, to withdraw it. Exercising the right to withdraw consent does not affect the processing that took place before the consent was withdrawn.

You also have the right to transfer your data.

We inform you that your personal data will not be profiled.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if your personal data is processed in a way that violates the provisions of the GDPR.

All trainings available in Exclusive Networks DACH and Compendium CE are protected by copyright. Copying training materials and/or registration, audio video recording, photographing trainings, as well as Trainers or other Participants. Also making such materials and recordings available to third parties is illegal and prohibited. It is subject to criminal liability described in the Copyright Act (Act of 4 February 1994, consolidated text of 2006)

At Exclusive Networks DACH and Compendium CE, we highly value delivering our educational services at the highest level, which is why it is so important to us that anyone who encounters services that are below their expectations can report any concerns to us. In order to streamline and facilitate the submission of a complaint, deficiency, or grievance, we have prepared the following path of action:

1. Each of our employees (administrative service, sales department employees, Trainers) has been appropriately trained to provide assistance to our Clients in every situation. Therefore, we ask you to report any problem immediately after its detection to a convenient person from our staff. This will allow us to react dynamically and without delay so as to immediately resolve the incident.

2. If the above solution does not bring the expected effect, or the direct form does not correspond to the situation. Please use the possibility of submitting a written complaint to the e-mail address: Training_DACH@exclusive-networks.com or szkolenia@compendium.pl

This complaint must include the following information:

• Name and surname of the person filing the complaint and the service recipient, training participant (we also leave the option of filing a complaint anonymously, but then redress becomes almost impossible due to the impossibility of locating the injured party)
• Name, date, form of the advertised service
• A full, detailed description of the irregularity that occurred, along with evidence of its occurrence.

Within the next 48 business hours, we will send you information confirming receipt of the document.

3. We will provide information on the outcome of your complaint within a maximum of 14 business days of receiving confirmation. During this period, appropriately trained staff will investigate any aspect of your complaint that falls short of the appropriate level of service, reviewing any evidence and interviewing staff involved in delivering the training, exam , etc.

4. As a result of the complaint being considered in a positive manner for the Ordering Party, he/she is entitled to compensation. Compensation will be determined individually between the Ordering Party and the Contractor in accordance with the Ordering Party's suggestions. The forms of compensation include, among others: repeat performance of the service, reimbursement of costs incurred by the Ordering Party, supplementation of the part of the service that is subject to the complaint or other forms determined individually.

5. If the result of the complaint process is not satisfactory for you, you can file an appeal. An appeal can be filed on the same principles as filing a complaint.

6. Exclusive Networks DACH’s or Compendium CE's total liability under the training agreement is limited to the value of remuneration paid for the training.
