Check Point presents three new courses from „Certified Check Point Security Expert R70" and „Certified Check Point Security Administration R70" certification.

There are three new courses available:

• Check Point Security Expert R70
• Check Point Security Administrator R70 Upgrade
• Check Point Security Expert R70 Upgrade

In „Check Point Security Expert R70" course Check Point has decided to show solutions allowing working with a large scale deployments like LSM or Connectra. Also a great attention has been paid to security procedures, proofed by incorporation of Smart Workflow into course content.

Course is a basis for CCSE R70 certification (Certified Check Point Security Expert R70). Check Point has also introduced important changes to certification procedures. It is impossible now to pass CCSE R70 immediately after passing CCSA R70 - at least six month period between passing exams is required. Check Point suggests that this time is necessary for the candidate to gain enough skills and experience that could be done only during everyday work with the product. This course prepares to the 156-315.70 exam, that could be taken in Pearson VUE authorized testing centers, required to gain CCSE R70 certification.

There is also no certification continuity. You could not pass CCSE R70 having just CCSA R65 certification. This is due to the fact that R65 and R70 differ a lot. For anyone who would like to upgrade his knowledge from Check Point R65 to R70 were released dedicated two accelerated courses: Check Point Security Administrator R70 Upgrade and Check Point Security Expert R70 Upgrade and exams: 156-910.70 CCSA R70 Upgrade Exam and 156-915.70 CCSE R70 Upgrade Exam.

Another course from R70 Check Point product's line is Multi-Domain Management with Check Point Provider-1 R70. This course has been also waiting a long time for a new version. It has not been even made available under R65 release.
