This new 5 day course combines material from existing courses:

• 3098 Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management Administration,
• 8004 Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management Advanced Administration

and updates it to reflect the features of the 10.3 version of ZENworks Configuration Management.

Those who need a CNZA certificate (Certified Novell ZENworks Administrator) should take two 5-day courses 3098 and 8004.

Course 3108 Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 10.3 Administration provides with knowledge and skills needed to install, configure, and perform basic administrative tasks with the product.

Established Novell software administrators with no ZENworks 10 experience can take this course if they are already familiar with using eDirectory (and related tools such as iManager) and have some experience administering products such as ZENworks Desktop Management.
