Discover the new Netskope courses: Netskope One Administrator (NOA) and Netskope One Professional (NOP)

 

 

Compendium CE has added the latest official Netskope courses to its portfolio: Netskope One Administrator (NOA) and Netskope One Professional (NOP) . These are the current competency paths for the Netskope One platform, replacing the previous courses NSCO&A and NSCI&I.

The new courses better reflect real-world roles: NOA focuses on administration and day-to-day operations, while NOP develops skills needed for more advanced features and use cases.

Both courses are hands-on and include dedicated labs—participants configure the environment, practice key capabilities, and validate solutions in realistic scenarios (step by step, guided by an instructor).

 

Netskope One Administrator (NOA) – what you will learn

• Netskope One architecture and core platform components
• UI basics, user management, and Traffic Steering configuration
• Building and testing protection policies: Real-time Protection Policies and API Protection Policies (practical use cases)
• Configuring and validating key protection areas: Web Security, Cloud Firewall, DLP, and Threat Protection
• Hands-on labs: configuration, testing, and validation in typical administrator scenarios, including basic troubleshooting
• Monitoring and reporting with Advanced Analytics and Enhanced Reporting

Netskope One Professional (NOP) – what you will learn

• Advanced User Management II: multi-IdP configurations, SAML and MFA, plus automated user deprovisioning using SCIM and Directory Importer
• Netskope Client II: IdP-based client provisioning and IdP-driven client policy enforcement
• Advanced DLP: Exact Match and Fingerprint policies, ML Classifiers and OCR, plus Email DLP and Endpoint DLP
• Netskope Private Access (NPA) and Remote Browser Isolation (RBI): Zero Trust access to private apps, isolating risky web traffic, and working with RBI logs
• Security Posture Management (SSPM) and Advanced Analytics II: enabling SSPM for SaaS apps, working with dashboards, and building custom reports/dashboards
• Cloud Exchange: configuring components for integrations and security operations data/intelligence exchange
• REST API: basics of automating administrative tasks and building integrations using the Netskope API
