• Has passed some TCP/IP networking course
• Basic knowledge of SMTP in general
• Has attended the F-Secure Policy Manager Course (or passed the F-Secure Certified Expert for Workstation Security exam) or has attended the F-Secure Anti-Virus Course (or passed the exam)

The participants will obtain certificates signed by F-Secure
