AP600/AP2000 Workshop’s Agenda:

Installation of Orinoco PC Cards in student’s laptop
Forming groups and IP address setup
Recovering factory settings in AP600/AP2000 devices
Firmware update (console, Scantool)
Initial AP600/AP2000 configuration using Scantool
AP2000 management using the Web browser
DHCP server configuration and “link integrity” option
Traffic filtering
Alarming (SNMP, syslog)
WDS configuration and “packet forwarding”
Security provisions:

a. "MAC Access Control" and data encryption
b. RADIUS server configuration
c. Using 802.1X

There are no attendance certificates. After taking the e-exam the participant will obtain certificate issued for his name and surname only, signed by Proxim Corporation.
