Intellisync Mobile Suite Foundation

Intellisync Mobile Suite Foundation is a one-day instructor-led course. It is a prerequisite for all other courses in the Intellisync Mobile Suite curriculum. This course introduces the Intellisync Mobile Suite architecture and installation of the server. This is
followed by basic administration of the product, covering user creation and authentication, profile management, client installation, logging and troubleshooting, report creation, and admin alerting.

Course objectives

Upon completing this course, participants will:

• Understand the Intellisync Mobile Suite architecture
• Exhibit competency installing and configuring Intellisync Mobile Suite in a realistic environment
• Administer the Intellisync Mobile Suite
• Assemble a complete end to end configuration to demonstrate mobile connectivity of a single supported device

Persons attending this course must have a working knowledge of internetworking concepts and an understanding of TCP/IP, network addressing, and subnet masks. They should also have knowledge of basic system administration of:

• Windows
• MS Exchange
• Domino
• MS SQL Server
• Active Directory (or some other LDAP server)

The participants will obtain certificates signed by Nokia Enterprise Solutions.
