Intellisync Wireless Email Administration

Intellisync Wireless Email Administration is a one-day instructorled course, often delivered after the Intellisync Mobile Suite Foundation class. It covers administration of Intellisync Wireless Email and PIM functionality. This includes user profiles, connecting to backend Exchange or Domino Servers, Wireless Email configuration & administration, PIM Sync, WebPIM, email, alerts, logs, reports, creating trips and calendar events, and hands on mobile client PIM interactions with the server.

Upon completing this course, participants will:

• Understand Intellisync Wireless Email and PIM
• Exhibit competency using email and PIM functionality
• Administer Intellisync Wireless Email
• Troubleshoot Wireless Email and PIM problems

Persons attending this course must complete the Intellisync Mobile Suite Foundation course and have a working knowledge of internetworking concepts, TCP/IP, network addressing, and subnet masks. They should also have knowledge of basic system administration of:

• Windows
• MS Exchange
• Domino
• MS SQL Server
• Active Directory (or some other LDAP server)

The participants will obtain certificates signed by Nokia Enterprise Solutions.
