This course gives experienced network engineers an opportunity to understand and practice configuration of data center protocols on HPE Comware devices. Participants configure Out of Band Management (OOBM), VPN-Instance, VXLAN, Ethernet Virtual Private Network (EVPN), Data Center Bridging Extension (DCBX), Fibre Channel over Ethernet (FCoE), and Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP). The Non-Volatile Memory Express over Fabric (NVMe-oF) and Remote Direct Memory Access Over Converged Ethernet (RoCE) modules are discussion only. This course covers advanced topics; learners experience both theory and hands-on practice using real hardware through remote lab activities.

This course is intended for network or systems administrators, network engineers, and consultants who plan to deploy HPE Comware 7 switches into a new or existing data center network.
