This course is for business users, data analysts, and knowledge workers who want to learn about Amazon Quick, AWS’s AI-powered workspace. You will learn how to use Quick to work more efficiently with data and enterprise information sources. You will learn how to navigate the Amazon Quick workspace and visualize and analyze data with Quick Sight. You will also organize knowledge resources in Quick Spaces, build custom AI chat agents, and automate workflows with Quick Flows. Hands-on labs reinforce each major topic, giving you the practice needed to apply these skills in your organization.

 

Course objectives

In this course, you will learn to:

  • Navigate Amazon Quick and understand core capabilities across different tools.
  • Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Quick Sight to generate actionable business insights.
  • Create and manage Spaces with appropriate data sources, permissions, and security controls for team collaboration.
  • Build and deploy custom Chat Agents and Flows to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
  • Conduct comprehensive research using the Research Agent across multiple data sources with proper source validation.
