Compendium Centrum Edukacyjne is actively registered in the Baza Usług Rozwojowych (BUR), which, from 2026, will be a prerequisite for delivering training funded by the KFS.

KFS 2026 – key information
The National Training Fund supports the development of skills in a dynamic economy. The funds can be used for training in areas such as Cybersecurity, Cloud, DevOps, Networking, Artificial Intelligence (AI/Gen AI), Project Management, and more.
Who can apply for funding in 2026?
From 1 January 2026, the following can apply for KFS funding:
✔ employers employing employees (minimum one),
✔ employees seeking to upskill,
✔ self-employed individual,
✔ individuals working under contract agreements.
This represents a significant expansion of the program, now welcoming self-employed individuals and specialists working under contract agreements.
What about foreign companies?
If a foreign corporation has a branch or subsidiary in Poland that is registered in accordance with Polish law and employs staff here (for whom it pays contributions to the Labor Fund), it is fully eligible to apply for KFS funding.
Level of co-financing
- up to 70% of training costs for most companies,
- up to 90% of training costs for micro-companies (up to 9 employees),
- limit per person: approx. 18000 PLN
- the funds are considered de minimis aid.
Priorities for 2026 (nationwide):
- Development of digital skills, AI, and “green” technologies.
- Training in professions demanded locally.
- Support for the health and care services sector.
- Counteracting discrimination, mobbing and supporting integration.
Deadlines
Recruitments are announced directly by individual District Labour Offices (PUP) – usually in the first weeks of the year. Each PUP publishes its own local priorities and rules.
