Promotion Regulations:

1. The organizer of the Promotion is Compendium Centrum Edukacyjne Sp. z o.o. based in Cracow, 5 Tatarska Street, hereinafter referred to as "Compendium CE".
2. The promotion is for Compendium CE clients who purchase selected Microsoft training between February 1 and August 31, 2023.
3. The participant will receive a free training voucher for an IT course from the same product group of the same value as the purchased training for the selected Microsoft training purchased at the list price. The voucher is valid until December 31, 2023.
4. The promotion includes Microsoft training from the training list provided on the promotion page.
5. The promotional training voucher that promotion users receive is valid for training courses with digital materials.
6. If the user selects as a second free training course a course of lesser value than the course purchased as the first, the user is not entitled to compensation for the difference in amount.
7. The promotional voucher can be used by another person. The condition is that the person who received the promotional voucher informs the employees of the sales department of Compendium CE.
8. Users of the promotion can order any number of IT training courses listed in the promotion. Each of them is eligible for a promotional training voucher.
9. When the user selects a free training promotion on the basis of the voucher received, the value of which is higher than the training purchased first, there is the possibility of surcharging the difference in price ( catalog prices apply).
10. The number of places on training courses is limited. Enrollment for a date is determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
11. Compendium CE reserves the right to reschedule the training if not enough people register for a particular session.
12. To matters not regulated by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
